Pricing on this website is valid for online purchases only.

Shipping Policy

All products (excluding apparel) should ship within one business day after we receive your order. If your order (or portions thereof) are backordered or otherwise delayed, we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know and to ask if you would like to wait for the backorder. Apparel may be drop shipped from the supplier and usually ships within 3-5 days after date of order. Shipping terms (excluding some apparel items) are prepaid, F.O.B. from Merten Marine Ltd, Oshkosh, WI USA

International Shipping Policy

Merten Marine will gladly send your order anywhere in the world (within US law), but shipping arrangements should be made in advance by contacting us at (920)-231-6751 or at service@mertenmarine.com. All customs/tariff fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Merten Marine LTD also ships internationally by FedEx and the United States Postal Service, just ask for a shipping quote.

Parts and Accessories Non-Warranty Return Policy

Parts and accessories purchased from Merten Marine LTD will be accepted for non-warranty return if returned within 30 days from date of invoice. All returns must be new, undamaged, complete, never installed, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Parts or accessories shipped as part of an engine package are not eligible for return. A credit will be applied to the account of the net purchase price less a 15% restocking fee, not to exceed $75.00. No returns over 30 days are allowed.

Required Documentation

All returns must be accompanied by a note or photocopied invoice, for the part(s) being returned. In addition, clearly mark the total number of packages being returned. Example: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.
