The new 5-blade performance propeller ideally suited to push large aerated, vee-bottom performance hulls and offshore boats equipped with MerCrusier 496 HO, Mercury Racing 500+ horsepower engines coupled to Bravo One, Bravo One XZ or XR sterndrives.
In general, if RPM's are at the upper end of the engines range run 2 inches of pitch less than the Bravo 1 4-blade propeller-example if running 34" stock Bravo 1 try running 32" stock Maximus.
5-blades for awesome planing performance higher-mid-range cruising and equal or better top end speeds over 4-blades.
