Extreme Performance Gear Lube was designed for outboard and sterndrive racing applications. This gear lube provides maximum protection against:

SAE 85W90
Water intrusion - advanced emulsifiers protect gears if water enters the gear housing
Wear - tackifiers and pressure additives improve oil film adhesion and protect against excessive wear
Horsepower loss - prevents horsepower loss and won't break down when gears reach high temperatures

Mercury recommends the gear lube be changed at least once per year (prior to storage) or every 100-hours of operation. See your owner's manual for specific recommendations.

Recommended for use in high-performance gearcases used in marine, power sports, and motorsports applications.
